Over 19 years of experience within various companies in the plastics industry, enabled me to gain thorough knowledge of injection molding techniques. As an experienced production manager I master the competences necessary to provide our customers with adequate manufacturing support necessary to manufacture high quality injection molding products.
In daily practice, I am responsible for the total production injection molding process, managing the production area, motivating the production staff and supervising the planning. Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements, both qualitatively as well as quantitatively, are part of my responsibility as well. We work conform the Lean Six Sigma methodology*.

My career of more than 17 years as a qualified plastics engineer, has given me a thorough knowledge of extrusion techniques.
Phillip sees himself as an open, determined and target oriented person, who believes in getting things done.
In daily practice, I am responsible for the total extrusion production, from planning to manufacturing and testing.
