2K molding

J&J Plastics provides high quality 2K molding services. We can advise you about materials and production techniques and when called for a mold can be designed and made to manufacture your 2k product the best way possible.

A huge advantage of 2k molding is that the polymer is still warm and not shrunk when it is over molded. The chance that burrs occur during the over molding process is nil. Another advantage of 2k molding is that the surface of the first layer is 'pristine' clean, so good molecular bonding will be achieved.

Aluminum die casting

Aluminum die casting or actually aluminum molding, is a production technique that J & J Plastics performs for several customers. Designing and constructing a precision mold is done in consultation with our client. Aluminum die casted products need significant finishing; therefore the actual production is carried out by our partner in China. Optimal communication with our Chinese partner is guaranteed since our Dutch senior technician is a native Chinese speaker.
